Fallback Earth is falling in vibration frequency. It, too, will experience the Shift, in the sense that the magnetic polar reversals will in fact continue to occur, but will manifest without the near-total destruction of the planet's population and ecology that was once foreseen. There will be widespread selective cataclysm, without total simultaneous breakdown.
In a sense, the Earthlings who are in denial and keep saying "nothing's going to happen" will be right. They will go right on with their low-vibrational living and dying, birth and rebirth, lessons and growth. And in the process of their doing so, the experimental nature of Earth's history will go on manifesting.
It will be a continuation of Earth history to date, with an arrested-development phase at the Transiion planet timeline. As such, it will carry all the ills of the "old" Earth, along with all potential for healing those ills that the population may choose to manifest.
Who knows? Someday even Fallback Earth may have grown enough to mature into fourth dimensional fulfillment. And when that happens, as is likely another 2,000 or so years from now, we may even decide to keep the lab going again. If so, next time there'll be a precedent for doing so, and we'll already know how to set up the transition planet.

THE CLONING OF A PLANET
What has become of Earth Prime, Transition Earth and Fallback Earth since we first announced their existence to you?
Fallback Earth is distinctly falling away in vibration. Even though there are people incarnate there whose personal vibrations are and still rising, the broad base of its population stands now a vibration level spanning the range between 2.10 and 3.25. The gap between Fallback and Transition is widening, and soon the two versions of future Earth will be entirely separated, except for crossover points in the etheric.
Human population on Fallback Earth is already at roughly 7 billion, and still growing fast. Overpopulation is clearly one of the most pressing problems addressed by the continuation of "the lab".
Transtion Earth still holds the stabilizing grid that supports the final separation Fallback - and it has also come to be a stand-alone additional version of future Earth, in that it is not likely to be phased out swiftly, after the Split of Fallback and Prime, as called for in the preliminary plans. Vibrational levels vary from approximately 2.75 to 4.55, and will eventually stabilize at about 3.00 to 4.25 after the final Split. At that point, it will still offer crossover points between Fallback and Prime, through the etheric bodies of the planet, and will continue to be a contact point for extraplanetary connections.
