THE FIRST WAKEUP CALL?
This is the reprint of 2 e-mails I just received from a friend of mine for more than 30 years, who has been aware of my fanatical mind-set about meditating, but has not been that interested in knowing why. And I never insisted that he should follow my path. I will post the original e-mails when I can.

For a week now. Not going to panic. Sleep just will not come. I remember you saying you didn't sleep for weeks at a time. Just stayed awake listening to everything. Am I correct? Any help appreciated.
