Transition Earth is the interdimensional pranetary reality we set in place in order to facilitate The Split. Its base-level vibrational is 3.85 and fluctuating with potential variables from 2.85 to 4.15.
The transition planet coexist simultaneously in both third and fourth dimensional vibrational frequencies, and is the temporary provisional reality from which the other planetary realities are separating. It holds all the qualities of the other planets.
This gives rise to unfolding new opportunities for individuals as well as Earth herself. If you choose to do so (and take the necessary actions to implement your choices), you step into fourth dimensional ascended reality and still function-empowered and conscious-in the transition planet. Or you can choose to become a high-vibration Being such as an Ascended Master or Savior on the fallback planet.
